Intrusive thoughts can feel unsettling or out of place, appearing without warning and drawing your attention in ways that are hard to ignore. They can create discomfort, tension, or a sense of unease, even when you know they are not meaningful.
Trying to push these thoughts away can sometimes make them feel stronger. This is because the mind can become more focused on what it is trying to avoid, which keeps the cycle going. Over time, this can make the thoughts feel more intrusive than they need to be.
- Reduce the impact of intrusive thoughts
- Feel calmer and less reactive to them
- Build a more balanced relationship with thinking
- Support greater mental clarity and control
This self hypnosis session can help you change how you respond to intrusive thoughts, so they begin to lose their intensity and importance. It works by teaching you to let thoughts pass without reacting, feel more at ease, and regain a sense of control over your mind.
This session will be available immediately after ordering, both on the website and through our app. This is a one-time payment, not a subscription.

Customer Reviews
This hypnosis session works really great for ocd! My ocd was hand washing quite a lot to the point where my hands were suffering really bad. Now three weeks later, I no longer give in to the thoughts and I can just move on with my day! This worked better then I could have ever hoped for, and at almost no cost in comparison to the issue I was having. I HIGHLY recommend it.
I never believed in hypnosis because of experiences in my past, and partly because of an issue with trust. But as I was researching to try to figure out what is really wrong with me I happened by your website, and there I learned, to my surprise, that the issue I was trying to understand and start to treat was called OCD! I never had considered that to be the case, but the way these issues are explained herein are clear, concise and very informative. So there were two major barriers to me trying self hypnosis: one, I needed to understand that my condition was something known and understood and something that could be helped; two, I needed to trust someone enough to allow them to help me through something like hypnosis. I started immediately and the changes have continued each day. I'm so thankful. To repeat, I TRUST YOU!!
