Our app is designed to give you a simple and flexible way to listen to your sessions. It connects directly to your account, so anything you’ve ordered will appear automatically once you log in.
Getting Started
To begin, download and install the app on your device.
iPhone / iPad
Android
Once installed:
- Open the app
- Log in with your email and password (same as the website)
- Your sessions will appear automatically
Downloading Your Sessions
From the sessions screen, you’ll need to download your sessions to your device before listening.
To download:
- Tap the download icon next to the session
Once downloaded, your sessions are stored on your device and can be accessed at any time.
Playing a Session
To start listening, simply press play for the session.
Smart Sessions
Our app uses Smart Sessions, which allow you to adjust certain parts of your session.
You can:
- Choose how the session begins (induction style)
- Choose how the session ends
- Select background music and adjust the volume
These options are there to give you flexibility, but they are completely optional. You can always use the standard version of a session if you prefer.

Changing Your Preferences
Your selected options are remembered, so you don’t need to set them each time.
If you want to make changes, open a session and tap the settings icon on the player screen. From there, you can adjust your session preferences at any time.

The app is designed to be simple and easy to use. Once your sessions are downloaded, everything is ready whenever you are.
