Smart Sessions Just Got Smarter on Android
We’re excited to announce the release of the completely rebuilt Smart Session App for Android! This is more than just an update—it’s a full redesign from the ground up, packed with improved performance, exciting new features, and an enhanced user experience.
What About iOS?
Originally, this launch was planned for both Android and iOS, and ironically, the iOS version was ready months before the Android app. However, Apple’s stringent review process has caused unexpected delays. Despite being significantly better than the current iOS app, the new version has yet to gain Apple’s approval.
We waited as long as we could to launch both versions together, but we couldn’t hold off any longer. Android users can now enjoy the new app, while iOS users will need to continue using the existing app for now. We’re deeply disappointed by Apple’s stance and are working hard to resolve this.
What’s New in the Android App?
The new app includes significant improvements to enhance your experience:
- Faster and More Reliable Performance: Faster load times and smoother playback.
- Expanded Library of Smart Sessions: Including sessions by Donna and Timothy.
- Favourites for Easy Access: Save your favorite sessions for quicker access.
- Offline Mode: Access sessions without an internet connection for up to 30 days.
- Binaural Beats Integration: Enhance relaxation and focus with optional binaural beats.
- Audio Quality Options: Choose between high (160 Kbps) and medium (80 Kbps) audio quality.
- Improved Data Management: Delete unused audio or reset the app without reinstalling.
- ‘Self-Hypnosis’ Success eBook: Now conveniently accessible within the app.
Important Notes for Android Users
This is a brand-new app that must be installed separately from the existing one. To ensure a smooth transition, we recommend checking out our app guide for tips on features, setup, and troubleshooting.
Additionally, we’re aware that the “Forgotten Password” link on the login screen isn’t working correctly. If you need to reset your password, please use our website for now. We’re sorry for this inconvenience and are actively working on a fix.
For iOS Users
We appreciate your patience as we work through Apple’s approval process. While we continue to push for the release of the new iOS app, we’re pleased to share that the current iOS app has been updated to include Smart Sessions for Donna and Timothy’s recordings, giving you more options in the meantime.
