Timothy Rowe is a London-based therapist, meditation teacher, and awareness facilitator with over 25 years of experience supporting personal growth and emotional wellbeing.
His approach is grounded in the belief that people are not broken, but often disconnected from their natural sense of balance and wholeness. Through gentle guidance, focused attention, and thoughtful exploration, Timothy helps clients reconnect with that inner stability and clarity.
He specialises in emotional integration techniques, including EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), helping clients work through challenges such as anxiety, loss, depression, pain, and phobias. His work focuses on developing awareness, allowing individuals to understand, process, and release emotions that may be holding them back.
Alongside his one-to-one work, Timothy regularly leads workshops and support groups, and is a qualified teacher of adults (PTTLS). He is also an active member of the National Federation of Spiritual Healers and has extensive experience teaching mindfulness and self-awareness practices.
Timothy’s work is underpinned by a strong belief in compassionate self-care and the importance of developing a more integrated, balanced way of living.
