NWP’s purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how our visitors use the website.

The amount and type of information that we gather depends on the nature of the interaction. For example, we ask visitors to provide a name and email address when using our contact form. You need to register and create an account with us to place an order, because download orders are served via your account page. It also saves time on future purchases and allows you access to your previous order history.
When you place an order with us we require personally-identifying information to help process the order. We require data such as your name and address, regardless of whether you order physical products that require shipping (such as a CD) or downloadable products. This information is passed onto our secure payment processors WorldPay and is used by them to process transactions. It’s important that this information is accurate to ensure the smooth process of the transaction.
If you have supplied your email address then you will be automatically opted into our email newsletter list and we may occasionally send you an email to tell you about new products, product updates, features, special offers, solicit your feedback, or just keep you up to date with what’s going on with SelfHypnosis.com. We expect to keep these types of email to a minimum. As an example, in the past 12 months we have emailed our customers collectively on just 6 occasions. Your email address will not be passed onto any third parties and you may opt-out of receiving such emails at any time by unsubscribing from the newsletter. This can be done with one-click.

We will only contact you by email if there is a problem with your order or in response to a query you submit to us. We do encourage you to stay subscribed, because we offer free lifetime updates for our products and you may not know about this if you decide to opt-out.
We never make contact with customers beyond email communication (i.e. by post), with the exception of the fulfillment of CD orders, or unless given express permission to do so. If you only ever order digital products (i.e. downloads) from us then you will never receive anything in the post.
To protect your privacy, CD orders are always dispatched under plain packaging without any reference to the content within or to our website. To comply with customs regulations, a return-address label is used on the packaging for international orders. This label does not mention the SelfHypnosis.com website, only NWP and our return address.

Potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information is only viewed by the administrator of the website, fulfillment staff, and employees of NWP. On occasion it is necessary for third party contractors to access the back-end of our website for technical reasons, such as improving the website or fixing any issues we may have. Request Deletion of Your Data
If you would like us to delete your data then please use our contact form and include details of the account you would like us to delete. We will then delete your account and remove your data. Please be aware that this means you will have no further access to any downloads you may have purchased, nor any future updates.

NWP uses cookies to help identify and track visitors to our website, along with their usage of our website.
