Shipping Policy for CD Orders

Your order is very important to us and we always do our best to ensure that your CD(s) arrive on time and in good condition.

How quickly are CD orders dispatched?

We make it a priority to send out orders as quickly as we can and we dispatch over 99% of CD orders as described below:

  • Order placed before 1pm on Monday-Friday are dispatched the same day.
  • Orders received after 1pm Monday-Thursday will be dispatched the following day.
  • Orders placed after 1pm on Friday’s will be dispatched on Monday mornings.

Please note: we do not dispatch CD orders on weekends or on bank holidays.

If we feel we’re unable to meet this commitment we will email you to let you know when you can expect your order to be dispatched.

How long will it take for my CD order to arrive?

All CD orders are dispatched by first class mail. The approximate time frame for delivery depends on your location.

  • Delivery to the UK usually takes 1 to 2 working days.
  • Delivery to Europe usually takes 3 to 5 working days.
  • Delivery to the rest of the world usually takes 5 to 10 working days.

International orders are sent by Royal Mail International Standard Delivery (formerly Airmail). Whilst every effort will be made to get your order to you as quickly as possible, we regret that we are unable to guarantee that delivery will be made by a certain date.

What happens if my order doesn’t arrive or if something is wrong with my order?

If your order has not arrived within the time frames mentioned above then please contact us. It would be helpful if you can first double-check the shipping address you entered when ordering before contacting us, as this is something we usually ask you to confirm.

If you have received your order and there is a problem with it, then please contact us right away.

Every CD order is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If a CD is defective or damaged upon receipt then please contact us immediately after your package arrives. We will then replace your product.
