Smart Sessions allow you to create personalised versions of compatible recordings, giving you greater flexibility over how you use your sessions.
Depending on the session, you may be able to choose options such as:
- Different induction styles and lengths
- A wake-up or sleep ending
- Background music and volume
Once you’ve selected your preferred options, your personalised version will be created and saved to your account for future use.
You’re not limited to just one version. And each version can be saved to your account and downloaded whenever you need it.
Please Allow Time for Creation
Unlike a standard download, a Smart Session needs to be created before it can be downloaded.
In most cases this takes just a few minutes, although it can occasionally take longer depending on demand and the complexity of the session.
For this reason, we recommend creating new versions in advance rather than waiting until you are ready to listen.
Download and Listen Offline
Smart Sessions created through the website are designed to be downloaded and played on your preferred device, just like any other audio file.
Once downloaded, you can listen offline whenever you wish without needing to return to the website.
