If you have previously listened to any of our single session self hypnosis CDs or MP3 downloads then you will know what to expect from a Super-7 course. The sessions within each course follow a familiar structure, because in our opinion this is what works best. However the major difference is that a Super-7 Series course includes 7 different therapy sessions, combining a variety of approaches, all designed to work together to achieve lasting and profound change.
Within each Super-7 course there are 7 sessions – one for each day of the week. Each session includes a day of the week in its title. When you’re ready to start a course, just choose the session for that particular day. It's very simple!
For the first 28 days just use the sessions in day order. By the end of that time you’ll have used each session 4 times. For days 29 and 30 we suggest you listen again to one particular session within the course. Each Super-7 course comes with an introductory eBook which will explain this, along with an overview of each therapy session within the series.
Simply use the therapy sessions as recommended over a period of thirty days – enough time to see real change. If you’re unable to listen on a particular day to a session, then just extend the length of the course by one day or else catch up by listening to two sessions on the same day.
Each course draws on a range of techniques, many of which are new and all are well-researched. Some techniques can help you in profound ways so that you can not only deal with the symptoms that trouble you, but also remove the underlying causes too. So you have a fantastic chance of really breaking free now, and remaining that way in the future.
The content for each course is written by our creative director, a professional therapist with over 25 years of experience in hypnotherapy. Each course is then reviewed by our team of therapists, which means you get the help and support from professionals with over 75 years of combined experience of hypnotherapy and psychotherapy.
The objective of the Super 7s is to use a wide range of approaches to help you in as thorough and profound a way as possible. For example, the weight loss course offers help with self-esteem - not because everyone with a weight problem has self-esteem issues, but because it is very common and needs to be addressed where it does exist. Even if this doesn’t apply to you, you’ll still find the course offers you plenty of other help. It gives you the motivation to exercise more, helps you think about food in a very different way, and helps your mind to automatically choose healthier foods more often.
In summary, the Super-7 courses offer a broad and highly effective way of achieving your goals.
You have a pleasant choice – you can use the single hypnotherapy CD's and MP3 downloads available on our site and these will give you a great chance of achieving your goal, or you can use the Super-7-Series, which provide a broader and more profound approach.
To make the best decision you need to spend a short while thinking about the problem that concerns you. If it seems complex, deep-rooted, or the symptoms are strong you may do better with a Super-7 course. On the other hand, if the problem seems simpler or less deeply-rooted you may well get great results with a single recording treatment. There can, however, be no hard-and-fast rules about which will help you best - all you can do is consider the problem and decide how much help you feel you need.
A recent study showed that although we might assume it’s best to ‘fight on one front at a time’, you are more successful when you deal with two or more issues simultaneously. We wonder whether this is because you will get into more of a ‘change’ state of mind if you do this. Whatever the reason, if you do use more than one course at a time you need to ensure you have the time for the recordings.
Absolutely! There is no reason why this shouldn’t be done. In fact, our regular single self hypnosis sessions are a perfect fit for the Super-7 courses, as each session follows a familiar format. The structure of each session is very similar – because this is what we have found works best over the many years we have been producing hypnotherapy recordings. But as before, you just need to make sure that you have sufficient time to use them as recommended.
